The DermaRite Bordered Gauze dressing is an island dressing, a gauze pad centered on an adhesive border. It measures 4 x 4 inches and is nonsterile. It is made for use as a primary or secondary dressing on wounds with minimal to moderate exudate, meaning fluid from the wound.
- Three layers: a low adherent layer, absorbent gauze and nonwoven adhesive tape
