We take pride in being proactive and responsive. Orders can be cancelled up until the point that they ship, for a full refund. While some products can't be returned - for healthcare and quality reasons - we do our best to accept returns. If this happens, we try not to charge any restocking fee - this is up to our manufacturers - but we only pass along what they pass to us, nothing more. Our shipping fees are among the lowest in the business, and we're constantly working on this.
