The Polysorb suture with needle is an absorbable suture, one the body absorbs over time, made of braided polyester. It comes with a 9 mm reverse cutting needle already attached. It is made by Covidien for wound closure.
- Tight braided absorbable suture design, made to be gentle on tissue
- Supports the wound for up to 3 weeks
- Complete mass absorption in 56 to 70 days
- Polyester suture material, braided, 12-strand construction
