Description / J & J Healthcare Systems 0014M - E-Z Clean® Electrode - 12/Box
The Megadyne E-Z Clean electrode is a sterile, disposable blade electrode, a tip that fits on an electrosurgical pencil. It has a modified straight blade tip made of coated stainless steel. A non-stick PTFE coating is the main feature of this tip.
- E-Z Clean non-stick electrode with a proprietary PTFE coating, made to reduce eschar buildup during surgical procedures
- Designed so surgeons can use lower power settings
- Lower power settings mean less thermal necrosis to surrounding tissue and a further reduction in eschar buildup
- Cleaning takes only a wipe with a damp sponge when it is needed
- Pure PTFE coating that resists flaking at high temperatures
- Blade electrode with a modified straight blade tip
