Description / J & J Healthcare Systems 0012 - E-Z Clean® Electrode - 12/Box
The Megadyne E-Z Clean blade electrode is a sterile, disposable tip with a straight blade, made for use with Megadyne electrosurgical pencils. Its non-stick coating is designed to cut down on eschar, the crust that can build up on a tip during surgery. It is sold by the box of 12.
- Non-stick E-Z Clean electrode with a proprietary PTFE coating that reduces eschar buildup during surgical procedures
- The reduced buildup lets surgeons use lower power settings
- Lower power settings mean less thermal necrosis to surrounding tissue and a further reduction in eschar buildup
- Cleaning takes only a wipe with a damp sponge
- Pure PTFE coating that resists flaking at high temperatures
- Straight blade tip, blade electrode type
- Coated stainless steel construction
