Description / J & J Healthcare Systems 0014AM - E-Z Clean® Electrode - 12/Box
The Megadyne E-Z Clean electrode is a disposable blade electrode, the tip that attaches to an electrosurgical pencil. It has a modified straight blade tip and a non-stick coating. It comes sterile and is made for Megadyne electrosurgical pencils.
- Non-stick E-Z Clean electrode with a proprietary PTFE coating that reduces eschar (dried tissue) buildup during surgical procedures
- The coating lets surgeons use lower power settings
- Lower power settings mean less thermal necrosis (heat damage) to surrounding tissue and a further reduction in eschar buildup
- To clean the tip, wipe it with a damp sponge
- Pure PTFE coating that resists flaking at high temperatures
- Coated stainless steel material
