Description / J & J Healthcare Systems 0014 - E-Z Clean® Electrode - 12/Box
The Megadyne E-Z Clean blade electrode is a sterile, disposable electrosurgical tip with a straight blade. It has a PTFE coating, a non-stick surface designed to reduce eschar buildup during surgical procedures. It is made for use with Megadyne electrosurgical pencils.
- Non-stick electrode with a proprietary PTFE coating that reduces eschar buildup during surgical procedures
- The coating lets surgeons use lower power settings
- Lower power settings mean less thermal necrosis to surrounding tissue and a further reduction in eschar buildup
- When cleaning is needed, a wipe with a damp sponge is all that is required
- Pure PTFE coating that resists flaking at high temperatures
- Blade electrode with a straight blade tip
- Coated stainless steel material
