Description / Covidien SP-5686G - Surgipro™ II Suture with Needle - 1/Box
The Covidien Surgipro II suture with needle is a nonabsorbable suture, one the body does not break down over time. It is a sterile, blue polypropylene monofilament made for surgical teams who need exact suture and needle specifications. It is attached to one P-12 precision reverse cutting needle.
- Inert, non-absorbable, sterile suture made from an isotactic, crystalline stereoisomer of polypropylene, and it contains polyethylene
- Uncoated Surgipro II suture, available clear or pigmented
- Indicated for general soft tissue approximation and/or ligation, including cardiovascular, ophthalmic and neurological surgery
- NuCoat needle coating technology keeps the needle sharp for the length of the procedure, for consistent penetration pass after pass
- Blue suture color to enhance visibility
- Monofilament polypropylene suture, size 5-0
- Suture length: 18 inch
