The Sion Brands ComfortFoam Border is a bordered foam wound dressing, a polyurethane foam pad with an adhesive edge that holds it in place. It uses a soft silicone adhesive and a waterproof backing. It comes sterile in a 4 x 12 inch rectangle.
- Soft silicone layer sticks gently to skin and is made for easy, comfortable dressing changes without sticking to the wound
- Polyurethane foam pad absorbs exudate to help keep the wearer dry and comfortable
- Low-profile border adds adhesion and flexibility, and conforms to body contours
- Showerproof design: the moisture-proof outer film helps keep exudate from leaking during showers and daily activities
