The Sion Brands ComfortFoam Border is a bordered foam dressing, a pad of polyurethane foam with an adhesive edge that holds it in place. It has a soft silicone adhesive layer and a waterproof outer backing. It is sold sterile in a 4 x 4 inch square size.
- Soft silicone layer adheres gently to skin, made for easy, comfortable dressing changes without sticking to the wound
- Polyurethane foam pad absorbs exudate (wound fluid) to help keep the wearer dry and comfortable
- Low-profile border adds adhesion and flexibility and conforms to body contours
- Showerproof design: moisture-proof outer film keeps exudate from leaking through during showers and daily activities
- Designed for use on pressure ulcers, diabetic ulcers and traumatic wounds, and supports a moist wound environment
