The ComfortFoam Border dressing is a self-adherent foam dressing with a soft silicone layer, meaning the side that touches the skin is silicone rather than a standard adhesive. It is square, sterile and measures 5 x 5 centimeters. A low-profile border helps it stay in place and follow the shape of the body.
