The Perma-Hand suture with needle is a nonabsorbable sterile surgical suture, meaning it is not broken down by the body. It is made of silk, an organic protein, and comes double-armed with a stainless steel needle at each end. It is made for surgical offices and facilities that need exact needle and suture specs.
