The Perma-Hand suture with needle is a nonabsorbable sterile surgical suture, made of silk, an organic protein. It is braided and comes with one straight reverse cutting needle attached. It is made by J & J Healthcare Systems for surgical and clinical settings that need a standard silk suture.
