Description / Covidien SL-5633G - Polysorb™ Suture with Needle - 1/Box

The Covidien Polysorb suture with needle is an absorbable suture, one the body absorbs over time. It is a braided polyester suture with a 16 mm, 1/2 circle reverse cutting needle attached. It is supplied sterile.

Tight braided absorbable suture, made to cause less trauma to the tissue
Supports the wound for up to 3 weeks
Complete mass absorption in 56 to 70 days
Polyester suture material, braided, 12-strand construction
Coated suture, undyed
Size 4-0, 18 inch suture length
