Description / Covidien L-1791K - Polysorb™ Suture with Needle - 1/Box

The Polysorb suture with needle is an absorbable suture, one the body absorbs over time, made of braided polyester. It is double-armed, with a 1/4 circle spatula needle on each end. It is sterile and ready for use in wound closure.

Tight braided absorbable suture, made to cause less trauma to the tissue
Supports the wound for up to 3 weeks
Complete mass absorption in 56 to 70 days
Polyester suture material, braided, 12-strand construction
Coated suture
Size 6-0, SS-14
18 inch suture length, violet color
Spatula needle, 1/4 circle, 10 mm needle length
