The ConvaTec ConvaMax Superabsorber is a super absorbent dressing with a silicone adhesive border. It is a square, sterile dressing that measures 4 x 4 inches. Its super absorbent polymer (SAP) core is built to hold fluid within the dressing.
- Super absorbent (SAP) core absorbs high levels of exudate, the fluid from a wound, up to 170g/100cm2
- Core locks fluid away from the wound surface
- Core retains absorbed fluid so it is not released back to the wound, bandaging or clothing
- Soft on the skin and conformable
- Protective blue backing resists strike-through and maintains conformability
- Silicone adhesive with border
- Non-strikethrough backing
