The ConvaTec ConvaMax Superabsorber is a super absorbent foam dressing, a square dressing with a border, supplied sterile. It measures 4 x 4 inches with a 3 x 3 inch pad. Its soft, conformable build uses a blue backing and a super absorbent polymer (SAP) core.
- High fluid absorption: the super absorbent (SAP) core takes in exudate, with a stated capacity of up to 170g/100cm2
- Fluid retention: once exudate is absorbed, the SAP core holds the fluid in place and does not release it back to the wound, bandaging or clothing
- Soft and conformable, with a protective blue backing that blocks strike-through and keeps the dressing conformable
- Super absorbent dressing in a square shape with a border
- Dimensions: 4 X 4 Inch, with a 3 X 3 Inch pad
