The ConvaTec Esteem synergy Adhesive Coupling Technology Stomahesive skin barrier is the base of a two-piece ostomy system, the part that sits on your skin. It is a flat, trim-to-fit barrier for standard wear, so you cut the opening to match your stoma, up to 1-7/8 inch. The hydrocolloid barrier uses Stomahesive adhesive.

- Medium flange, 1-7/8 inch flange size
- Stomahesive adhesive with white tape adhesive
- The landing zone flange on the barrier is square and slightly larger than the round adhesive ring on the pouch, so precise alignment is not needed when you attach the pouch
