The ConvaTec Sur-Fit Natura two-piece skin barrier is the base plate of a two-piece ostomy system, the part that sits on the skin and holds the pouch. It is a flat, trim-to-fit barrier for standard wear, so you cut the opening to match your stoma. It has a 57 mm flange and Stomahesive adhesive.
