The ConvaTec Esteem synergy Adhesive Coupling Technology Convex Durahesive skin barrier is the base plate of a two-piece ostomy system, the part that sticks to your skin and holds the pouch. It is a trim-to-fit barrier for standard wear, so you cut the opening to match your stoma. The square flange makes it easy to line up with the pouch.
