The ConvaTec Esteem synergy Stomahesive skin barrier is the base of a 2-piece ostomy system, the part that sticks to the skin and holds the pouch. It is a flat, trim-to-fit barrier, so you cut the opening to match your stoma, up to 1-3/8 inches. It is made for standard wear and has a small 45 mm flange.
