The ConvaTec Sur-Fit Natura two-piece skin barrier is the flat base of a two-piece ostomy system, the part that sticks to your skin and holds the pouch. It is a trim-to-fit barrier, so you cut the opening to match your stoma, up to 7/8 inch. It is made for extended wear and has a 38 mm (1-1/2 inch) flange.
