Description / BD LH-0031 - SafeStep® Huber Infusion Set - 1/Each, 25/Case
The BD SafeStep Huber infusion set is a sterile set built around a right angle, non-coring Huber needle, the kind of needle used to access an implanted port under the skin. It is a 20 gauge set with a 3/4 inch needle and is sold without a port.
- 20 gauge, 0.75 inch (3/4 inch) Huber infusion set, sold without a port
- Surecan Safety Huber Needle, intended to provide access to an implanted subcutaneous port
- Used with IV administration of chemotherapy and other injectable drugs, and/or to withdraw blood
- Right angle, non-coring Huber needle with a passive safety mechanism clip
- Also includes a hub grip and a base plate
- DEHP-free extension set with an on-off clamp
- Color-coded female luer lock connector
- Stainless steel needle with a low profile hub
- Sliding safety needle
- Priming volume of 0.3 mL
- NonDEHP, PVC tubing
