The Applied Medical Technology MiniONE low profile gastrostomy button is a non-balloon design, with a capsule that holds the internal bolster in place. This kit includes the device and the accessories listed below. It is made of silicone and supplied sterile.
- No balloon in the design, so there is no balloon to fail and replacements are needed less often
- Capsule design made for insertion, with a self-lubricating capsule for easy placement
- Button shaft is as narrow as the shaft of a balloon button
- Pull-away tether is easy to use and releases the capsule to deploy the internal bolster
- For removal, a removal tool distends the bolster to a smaller profile
- Suited to people who do not tolerate balloon buttons
- Kit includes the device, bolus extension set, Y-port extension set, 10cc syringe, 35cc bolus syringe, removal T-handle, snap arm assembly and gauze
- Tube size: 18 Fr.
