The Sheridan HVT cuffed endotracheal tube from Teleflex LLC is a sterile, curved airway tube for adult patients. It has an 8.0 mm inner diameter and a 330 mm length. The cuff is a low pressure, high volume design with a taper.
- Low pressure cuff, made to minimize capillary restriction
- High volume, large diameter cuff provides a positive seal against the tracheal wall and reduces the area of tracheal wall contact
- Tapered cuff, made to ease insertion while minimizing the risk of herniation
