The Sheridan HVT endotracheal tube from Teleflex is a cuffed, curved airway tube made for adult patients. It has a 6.5 mm inner diameter and a Murphy eye tip. The cuff is low pressure, high volume and tapered.
- Low pressure cuff, designed to minimize capillary restriction
- High volume, large diameter cuff creates a positive seal against the tracheal wall and reduces the area of tracheal wall contact
- Tapered cuff, designed to ease insertion while minimizing the risk of herniation
- Cuffed endotracheal tube, 6.5 mm ID
- Outside diameter: 8.9 mm OD
