The 3M Scotchcast Quick Step Double Sided Felt padded precut splint comes cut to size, so it is ready to use from the roll delivery package. It has a seven-layer fiberglass interior covered in felt on both sides. Each splint measures 2 x 10 inches.
- Water-repellant technology sheds water off the splint, which helps keep the skin dry and lowers the risk of skin maceration (softening of the skin from moisture)
- Seven-layer fiberglass interior conforms easily around the bends and curves of the body
- Easy-open seams on both sides of the splint let you open the felt from either side for quick access to the fiberglass layers and simple trimming
- Splinting roll delivery system helps limit exposure to moisture, which causes the product to harden, and so helps reduce waste
