The DermaFilm hydrocolloid dressing is a thin, sterile, square dressing with a film backing. It measures 4 x 4 inches. It can be used as a primary or a secondary dressing on low exudating wounds, which are wounds that produce little fluid.
- Gentle adhesive that sticks securely to the skin around the wound (periwound skin) and is made to keep discomfort low when you remove it
- Maintains balanced moisture levels and allows moisture vapor transmission
- Designed for extended wear, with comfort and mobility for the wearer
- Can be worn for several days, depending on wound condition and exudate levels
- Can be used as a primary or secondary dressing on low exudating wounds
- DermaFilm line includes high density, thin and extra thin options, plus tailored shapes for the sacrum and the heel or elbow
