Description / Medtronic MITG E7509 - REM PolyHesive™ II Patient Return Electrode - 1/Each, 5/Pack, 50/Case
The Medtronic MITG REM PolyHesive II is a patient return electrode, the pad that carries current back to the generator during electrosurgery. It is a split-style electrode made for adult patients. It works with contact monitoring generators and comes without a cord.
- Made with PolyHesive II hydrogel, a high-moisture conductive adhesive that lowers skin resistance
- The hydrogel has elongation properties, so it fills in voids and irregularities
- Large surface area disperses current over a wide area and minimizes heat buildup
- Acrylic adhesive improves the quality of pad contact
- The acrylic adhesive also provides a moisture barrier to reduce the potential for fluid invasion
- Includes the REM contact quality monitoring system
- Requires the E0560 Reusable Cord, sold separately
