The Medtronic Shiley Hi-Lo Intermediate endotracheal tube is a cuffed airway tube, a tube placed through the mouth or nose into the windpipe. It is a pediatric size with a 5.5 mm ID. It suits oral and nasal intubations where a shorter cuff is desired.

- Pilot balloon with a mechanical self-sealing valve
- Made for oral and nasal intubations where a shorter cuff is desired
- Thin cuff gives a low-pressure seal and conforms to uneven tracheal surfaces
