The McKesson Lumeon aneroid sphygmomanometer is a manual blood pressure unit with a dial you read by eye. It comes with a green pediatric nylon cuff for the arm and a leatherette zippered carrying case. The cuff fits arm circumferences of 13 - 19.5 cm.
