The McKesson Lumeon aneroid sphygmomanometer is a manual blood pressure unit, one you inflate by hand with a bulb and read on a dial. It includes a brown nylon thigh cuff for adults. It is a pocket aneroid style that comes with a leatherette zippered carrying case.
