The McKesson Lumeon pocket aneroid sphygmomanometer is a manual blood pressure unit, one you inflate by hand with a bulb and read on a dial. It is made for adults and comes with a thigh-size nylon cuff. The cuff fits a circumference of 40 - 66 cm.
