The Biopatch IV dressing from J & J Healthcare Systems is an antimicrobial catheter dressing, a protective disc placed around a catheter insertion site. It is a sterile, absorbent foam disc with CHG (chlorhexidine gluconate). The disc measures 3/4 inch (1.9 cm) with a 1.5 mm center hole.
