Description / Hemosure T1-CK30 - Hemosure® Fecal Occult Blood (iFOB or FIT) Colorectal Cancer Screening Test Kit - 1/Box
The Hemosure fecal occult blood test kit, also called an iFOB or FIT test, is a colorectal cancer screening test kit that uses a stool sample. It is a visual-read test, so you read the result by eye. It is CLIA waived and comes with 30 tests per box.
- Detects elevated levels of human hemoglobin as low as 0.05 ugHb/mL in less than 5 minutes
- Positive results for high levels of hemoglobin can be seen in the test as early as 1 or 2 minutes
- No need to avoid food or drugs before taking this test
- Each box contains 30 test cassettes, 50 collection tubes and 50 patient specimen collection and return kits
- Collection tubes contain phosphate buffer solution
- Each return kit includes patient instructions, two collection papers, a specimen pouch with absorbent and a return mailer
