Description / Gentell TP1102 - Suture Strip Plus Flexible Wound Closure Strips - 50/Box
Gentell Suture Strip Plus are flexible wound closure strips, also called skin closure strips. They are made of macroporous non-woven polyamide with a pressure sensitive adhesive. The strips are water resistant and use a skin-friendly adhesive.
- Macroporous non-woven polyamide construction with a pressure sensitive adhesive
- Proprietary materials balance elasticity and adherence, closely mimicking the elastic modulus of human skin
- Inherent elasticity lets the strips elongate and yield to the movement of skin, so forces are not concentrated at the proximal ends
- Designed to reduce the chances of traction blisters or skin shear
- Water resistant strips with a skin-friendly adhesive
