The DeRoyal Covaderm Plus composite dressing is a multi-layered wound dressing, one that combines a contact layer, an absorbent pad, a film barrier and an adhesive border in a single sterile product. It measures 6 x 6 inches and is square. You can use it as a primary or secondary dressing.
- Multi-layered composite construction keeps a moist environment while protecting from outside contaminants
- Four layers: a protective non-adherent contact layer, a soft 4 x 4 inch pad for absorbing drainage, a breathable semi-occlusive polyurethane barrier film, and a conformable adhesive-coated fabric tape
