The DeRoyal Covaderm Plus composite dressing combines several layers in one sterile, square dressing, so you place one item on the wound site. It measures 4 x 4 inch and can be used as a primary or secondary dressing.
- Multi-layered composite wound dressing that maintains a moist environment and guards against outside contaminants
- Four layer construction: nonadherent contact layer, 2½ x 2½ inch soft pad for absorbing drainage, breathable semi-occlusive polyurethane barrier film, and conformable adhesive-coated fabric tape
- Designed to block drainage strike-through
- Designed to minimize wound trauma
- Provides excellent moisture vapor transmission
- Can be used as a primary or secondary dressing
