The DeRoyal Covaderm Plus composite dressing is a multi-layered wound dressing that combines several layers in one sterile, square dressing. It measures 2 x 2 inches and has a 1 x 1 inch pad. You can use it as a primary dressing or as a secondary dressing.
- Multi-layered composite wound dressing that maintains a moist environment and protects from outside contaminants
- Four layer construction: a protective non-adherent contact layer, a soft pad for drainage absorption, a breathable semi-occlusive polyurethane barrier film, and a conformable adhesive-coated fabric tape
- Soft 1 x 1 inch pad absorbs drainage
- Designed to block drainage strike-through
- Designed to minimize wound trauma
- Provides excellent moisture vapor transmission
