The Cutimed Siltec dressing is a super absorbent silicone foam dressing, one with a foam core and a silicone layer that touches the wound. It is a sterile, sacral-shaped dressing without a border, sized 9 X 9 Inch. It has a film backing that repels water.

- Smart pore structure absorbs exudate (wound fluid) vertically, which allows for less maceration
- Silicone wound contact layer protects the surrounding skin and allows atraumatic dressing changes, meaning changes that are gentle on the wound
- A layer of super-absorbent particles sits above the foam core for reliable fluid absorption and fluid retention, even under compression
- Film backing is water repellent and has a high MVTR (moisture vapor transmission rate)
