The MANUKAhd impregnated calcium alginate dressing is a honey impregnated wound dressing made with medical grade Manuka honey. It is a square, sterile 2 x 2 inch pad. Its fiber pad is built to gel on contact with wound fluid, so you do not need a second absorbent dressing on top.
