The Cutimed Siltec B bordered foam dressing is a super absorbent silicone foam dressing with an adhesive border, made by BSN Medical. It has a silicone wound contact layer and a film backing that repels water. It is sterile and comes in a 5 x 5 inch square size.
- Super absorbent silicone foam dressing
- Gentle adherent border holds the dressing in place
- A layer of super-absorbent particles sits above the foam core for reliable fluid absorption and fluid retention, even under compression
- Smart pore structure absorbs exudate vertically, which allows for less maceration
- Silicone wound contact layer protects the surrounding skin and allows atraumatic dressing changes
- Film backing is water repellent and has a high MVTR
