The Sysmex Sulfolyser Hb test reagent is a liquid hematology reagent used to measure hemoglobin (Hb). It is made for Sysmex Automated Hematology analyzers. It uses a cyanide-free method, so labs can run hemoglobin testing without cyanide in the reagent.
- SLS hemoglobin detection method, which uses cyanide-free sodium lauryl sulphate (SLS)
- Lyses the red blood cells and white blood cells in the sample
- Supplied in two 1.5-liter cartons
