The LOOK Nylon suture from Surgical Specialties is a nonabsorbable monofilament suture attached to a C-17 needle. It is a sterile, black, size 4-0 suture with one stainless steel needle. The nylon is a polyamide, a strong material with a smooth, uniform surface.
