The 3M Promogran Prisma Matrix Silver Collagen Dressing from Solventum Corporation is a sterile, freeze-dried composite dressing. It has no adhesive and no border. It is made of oxidized regenerated cellulose (ORC), collagen and silver-ORC.
- Turns into a soft, conformable, biodegradable gel when it meets exudate, so it can make contact with all areas of the wound
- Sterile, freeze-dried composite of 44% oxidized regenerated cellulose (ORC), 55% collagen and 1% silver-ORC
- Silver-ORC contains 25% ionically bound silver
