The 3M Promogran Prisma Matrix hexagonal dressing is a sterile, freeze-dried silver collagen dressing, one that combines collagen, oxidized regenerated cellulose (ORC) and silver-ORC. It is a non-adhesive dressing without a border. It measures 4.3 x 4.3 Inch.
- Turns into a soft, conformable, biodegradable gel when it meets exudate, so it can make contact with all areas of the wound
- Sterile, freeze-dried composite of 44% oxidized regenerated cellulose (ORC), 55% collagen and 1% silver-ORC
- Silver-ORC contains 25% ionically bound silver
