The Skil-Care seat cushion is a two-chamber wheelchair flotation cushion that pairs gel with foam. It is made for use with wheelchairs. The cover removes for laundering and wipes clean between washes.

- Water-based gel lowers interface pressure and stays cool to the touch, which limits perspiration
