The Skil-Care wheelchair seat cushion is a two-layer cushion made with water-based gel and high-density foam. It has a vinyl cover that wipes clean and a strap that secures it to the wheelchair. It measures 16 inches wide, 16 inches deep and 2-1/2 inches high.

- Water-based gel layer lowers interface pressure and stays cool, which limits perspiration
