The HydraLock SA super absorbent dressing from Sion Brands is a sterile, rectangular dressing with an absorbent core. It is made for moderate to highly exudating wounds, meaning wounds that produce a lot of fluid. It has a nonadherent contact layer and a waterproof backing.
- Super absorbent core quickly takes in exudate from moderate to highly exudating wounds
- Nonadherent contact layer is made so the dressing does not stick to the wound, for more comfortable dressing changes
- Waterproof backing is made to block liquid strike-through and keep the outer surface dry
- Made to support a moist wound environment for autolytic debridement
- Made to help maintain skin integrity around the wound site and to limit maceration risk
