The HydraLock SA super absorbent dressing from Sion Brands LLC is a sterile, square dressing for wounds that produce moderate to heavy fluid, or exudate. It combines an absorbent core, a nonadherent layer that touches the wound and a waterproof outer backing. It is sold by the each and by the box of 10.
- Super absorbent core quickly absorbs exudate from moderate to highly exudating wounds
- Nonadherent contact layer is made not to stick to the wound, which supports comfortable dressing changes
- Waterproof backing blocks liquid strike-through, so the outer surface stays dry
- Designed to support a moist wound environment for autolytic debridement, the body's own process of clearing dead tissue
- Helps maintain skin integrity around the wound site and minimizes the risk of maceration (skin softening from moisture)
